The Woodlands of Clemson is a gated, 180-unit development located approximately two miles from Clemson University at 833 Old Greenville Hwy. The development was constructed in 2004-2005 and consists of twelve buildings. Buildings vary in appearance and size and are comprised of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Each unit is individually owned and the HOA does not own or manage any individual units. If an owner plans to lease the unit and chooses to utilize property management, they may choose whomever they would like to.
The HOA is responsible for the buildings exteriors, the clubhouse, pools and grounds. The grounds are wooded with multiple stone walls, southern charm and plenty of shade in Summer with great onsite amenities. There is also an onsite compactor for all household garbage.

Community Amenities
Our clubhouse greets you as you enter the gates to the development. Inside you will have
access to free WiFi, two well equipped fitness rooms, 24-seat media room, large lounge
with adjacent sun and study rooms, a large porch with rocking chairs overlooking three
cascading circular pools. The facility has a large basketball court, a sand volleyball court as
well as a dog park. Sitting prominently under very old, large and beautiful oak trees is a
gazebo with benches and charcoal grills available for all residents to utilize.
For the safety of all Woodlands residents, Clemson City Police Department patrols the
complex on a regular basis and at night, the facility is well lit throughout. The gate,
clubhouse , and the pool are secured with remote operated locks as well as video surveillance.
To obtain your own remote/key fob, please reach out to the HOA directly. Please note that
only one parking pass and one remote/key fob are allowed per bedroom. This information
must be updated yearly in August for new and returning residents of The Woodlands.
The complex is conveniently located to supermarkets, gas stations, storage units,
restaurants and fast food. The Clemson Area Transit (CAT bus) has two pick up stations
